The COOP is a flexible event, pop-up, office, and classroom space for entrepreneurs and professionals. COOP 111 is nestled in the heart of Historic Downtown Cuyahoga Falls, walking distance from dining, shopping, art, recreation, and more. The COOP is available for rent for Retail Pop Up Shops and Pop Up Events. You will have access to our seating, shelving, displays, AV equipment, internet connectivity, outdoor space including picnic tables, and kitchen and bathroom facilities.

Our space is completely modular so you can transform it however you’d like!
We just ask that you keep hardware in the walls to a minimum and do not damage any fixtures or paint.
You may rent the space for a 1-day event or a 2-day event and the rental fee will include marketing services by Marketing Juice for the event.
Rentals are available Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8am to 9pm
Pricing for Pop Up Rental:
$200 Refundable Deposit is required to be paid 5 days prior to the scheduled date. This must be paid by cash or check and will be returned within 48 hours of the event. The rental fee is due at the time of booking and must be paid by credit or debit card.
$150 for a 1-day Event
$275 for a 2-day Event

The best thing about co-working at The COOP is that no memberships are needed! Our drop in rate is $10 and we open our doors once per week on Tuesdays for co-working days. You can register ahead of time or pay at the door!
Members get unlimited access to co-working days and are able to use the space for co-working any day of the week as long as no member or private events have been booked.
The COOP Gets You Ready to Leave the Nest
Memberships are available for those interested in hosting regular events in the Community Space and Classroom. Limited memberships are available and once all memberships are taken, a waitlist will be available for interested parties.
Membership Levels
Mailbox Membership | $50/Month
The Mailbox Membership, also referred to as a virtual office, gives access to a dedicated mailbox to which you can direct mail for your business and utilize the suite number to index the address locally. This membership also gives unlimited access to co-working drop-in days each month.
Level 1 Membership | $75/month
The Level 1 Membership gives access to 1 private event per month for up to 4 hours and a dedicated mailbox to which you can direct mail for your business and utilize the suite number to index the address locally. This membership also gives unlimited access to co-working drop-in days each month.
Level 2 Membership | $150/Month
The Level 2 Membership gives access to two 4 hour event bookings per month as well as a dedicated mailbox to which you can direct mail for your business and utilize the suite number to index the address locally. This membership also gives unlimited access to co-working drop-in days each month.
Level 3 Membership | $200/month *Best Value
The Level 3 Membership gives access to weekly 4 hour event bookings each month as well as a dedicated mailbox to which you can direct mail for your business and utilize the suite number to index the address locally. This membership also gives unlimited access to co-working drop-in days each month.
Members will receive signage and additional promotional support for scheduling their events. Members will have use of available A/V equipment, desks, chairs, assorted furniture, and full facilities with the exception of the two private offices.

Looking for a place to host your classes, workshops, or seminars? COOP 111 is the perfect place to host classes. We are fully equipped with individual desks, 4 ft.-6ft. tables, seating for up to 25, projectors, white boards, and more! COOP 111 is easy to find and centrally located in the heart of downtown Cuyahoga Falls, making it simple to direct your students or attendees to your event. We can even help with marketing or advertising your event should you need any assistance.

Host a Private Event at COOP 111
The COOP is available for any style of private party or event. It’s the perfect place to host your next baby shower, birthday party, or corporate meeting. We allow you to transform our space into whatever you need (within reason!). You will have access to our seating, shelving, displays, AV equipment, outdoor space including picnic tables, and Kitchen and Bathroom facilities.
Rentals can be scheduled Mondays and Wed-Sun from 9am to 9pm. You can book an event for up to 4 hours OR an all-day event.
Pricing for Private Event Rental:
$200 Refundable Deposit is required to be paid 5 days prior to the scheduled date. The deposit must be paid by cash or check and will be returned promptly following the inspection of the space after the event. The rental fee is due at the time of booking and is processed through our booking tool.
$75 for up to 4-hour event
$125 for all-day event
